TV On The Radio? Great.

This song? Utter genius.

The beat is everything. It’s completely captivating, even when it slows down half way into the song you’re still listening so intently because it sounds like a distant dream. The lyrics tell some nonsensical story about werewolves in this fantastic way that makes you forget the song is about werewolves.

This is one of those songs that I turn allllllllllllllll the way up with the sub on in my truck. It’s a complete jam out song, especially when you’re feeling nice. Just look at the opening lines:

Say say my playmate,
wont you lay hands on me.
Mirror my malady,
transfer my tragedy.
