Four Year Strong - Bad News Bearz

Four Year Strong is always that band that I go to when I need to get pumped up for something.  Loud double bass, shouting vocals, and screaming guitar is just what you need sometimes.  I’ve also used the phrase “bad news bears” more than I’d like to admit.  

Four Year Strong comes from Worcester, Massachusetts (definitely spelled that wrong the first time) and they formed in 2001.  The album Enemy of the World has been my go-to workout album for over a year now and it still gets me super pumped.
