Muse - Butterflies & Hurricanes

Let us take a moment to reminisce on the years when Muse were awesome. A booming sound that combined heavy metal with the most elegant melodies and piano pieces. What happened? Did Matt Bellamy really run out of ideas or was it just the power of the pop charts that’s moulded them into the boring pap they are today? Either way, their old stuff still carries just as much beauty for me.

Absolution is my favourite album and it was very difficult to pick one song but I’ve chosen Butterflies & Hurricanes because of the incredible piano solo. It still blows me away.
